Description
|
This beautiful 1500 sq. foot
open beam cabin was just completed in 2001. It features a loft with
2 bunk beds, hardwood flooring, a fully finished basment, an airtight woodstove, and all the comforts
of a modern day home nestled in the Kootenay mountains and only a short
walk away from the Columbia Lake.

Waterfront Property:
- Distance to Beach: 400 meters
- Beach: Private beach is a mixture
of grass, sand and pebble. Access into the water from the
beach is pebbly (water socks recommended), shallow and sloping -
the lake is usually no deeper than 9'. Water traffic on the lake
is minimal though certain areas are used for water skiing as well
as other water toys.
- Watercraft included: None
- Fishing: Categorized as good (trout,
fresh water salmon and ling cod). There is a fishing guide
kept on hand at the cabin for use while there. There are many
lakes in the area suitable for excellent fishing.
- Nearest Town: Fairmont - 10 min

Special
Conditions:
- No pets
- No smoking in cabin
- Telephone available for local calls,
however a calling card is required to make long distance calls
- Kitchen, hand & bath towels
are provided, however, beach towels are not
- Life jackets required for boating/children
- It is the renters responsibility
to ensure the cabin is clean at the end of the rental period.
- Children should be supervised at
all times.
