in bear country, certain precautions must be taken to minimize
encounters with wildlife. All garbage must be disposed
of immediately. No pop cans can be left outside.

that they are renting a private home and are asked to treat
it with the same consideration and respect the owners do.
- Children should be supervised
at all times.
