hereby authorize Great West Cabins to arrange for rental of my cabin,
and agree to the following conditions:
1. The cabin must
be clean and tidy, and kept in a state of overall safe repair. Essential
elements such as water, electricity, heating and plumbing must be maintained
as well as the oven/stove and refrigerator.
2. Dishes, pots & pans, kettle/coffee maker & cutlery are required
in every cabin.
3. Blankets and pillows are to be supplied for all beds.
4. Proper wood for fireplace/woodstove to be supplied for all spring,
fall, and winter rentals.
5. The key to the cabin must be at a convenient nearby spot for the
customer to pick up.
6. So there is no chance of double bookings, The cabin owner will keep
the ONLINE RENTAL CALENDAR up to date. Great West Cabins
takes no responsibility in double bookings. We treat all rental
calendars as being accurate and up to date.
7. Great West
Cabins is allowed flexibility in making booking decisions.
(Example: decisions have to be made at times whether to charge for
children in a cabin or not). Or if there happen to be stray days
that need to be booked and whether a discount should be given in order
to fill that space.
8. The total payment,
less service charges will be mailed to the cabin owner by Great West
Cabins. [Cheques will usually be mailed out the first week of every
month. This means if you had a booking the 3rd week of January, your
cheque would be mailed out the 1st week in February].
9. All customers, both current and subsequently booked through Great
West Cabins, must be rebooked through Great West Cabins.
10. Renters, who are justifiably dissatisfied, may be totally reimbursed
their rental fee at the discretion of Great West Cabins.
11. Supply and maintain public liability insurance in the amount of
one million dollars or more. This coverage protects the renter, you
the owner, and Great West Cabins against a wide variety of losses caused
by unintentional hazards or unsafe conditions on your property (Great
West must have proof of this coverage).
12. Advise Great West Cabins within 7 days following each rental of
any damages or poorly cleaned cabins and within 40 days with those equipped
with a telephone of any long distance or service charges.
13. Cabin Owner
agrees to keep rental rates same as advertised elsewhere and to notify
Great West Cabins of any changes in rental rates, as advertised or promoted
elsewhere and to allow Great West Cabins to rent at advertised prices.
Service
Charges
Great West Cabins
charges a service fee of 20% on collected funds. There are no other
associated charges for our services.
I/We accept the
rental conditions as noted above. I/We warrant with Great West Cabins
that I/We have the right to enter into this agreement and will indemnify
and save harmless Great West Cabins, its agents and/or designates, from
all claims and/or causes of actions against Great West Cabins, its agents,
and/or designates by the renting client. I/We warrant that the cabin
information provided on the following pages are true and correct and
that the cabin is in good state of repair and safety, and is suited
for the intended purpose. I/We further warrant that the cabin is adequately
insured (including General Liability of at least One Million Dollars)
and I/We undertake to maintain such insurance during the term of this
agreement. This agreement is in effect until either party is notified
in writing. |
