This is a bright and cheery ground floor
condo with 1-bedroom and 1-full bath. Features include an open living/
dining area with a queen hide-a-bed, and a small deck overlooking the well
maintained grounds, a fully equipped kitchen, 1-full bath, one bedroom
with 1-queen sized bed, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer.
This vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum
Occupancy!).
Snowater
is a private and gated resort residential community located directly
adjacent to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest offering
comfortable condos. The community offers guests access to
recreational facilities including an indoor swimming pool, indoor
hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, squash court, tennis court, and
children's play area, and is less than 20 miles from the Mt. Baker
ski area.
