This 2-story 3+ bedroom 1 3/4-bath cedar
home is the perfect mountain retreat! The 1st floor features an open
living/dining area with a freestanding woodstove (firewood provided), a
fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, one bedroom
with 2-twin beds, a 3/4-bath, and a storage area. The 2nd floor features a
large open loft sleeping/rec area with 1-twin bed, one bedroom with
1-queen sized bed, and 1-full bath. Outside, there is a large deck at the
front entrance and a smaller deck with a private outdoor hot tub at the
rear entrance! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to
7-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is a
prestigious and gated resort residential community offering cabins and
houses with an extra touch of individuality. This community offers guests
access to recreational facilities including in summer an outdoor swimming
pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, children's
play area, and children's fishing pond (12/yrs & under).
