This 2-story
2-bedroom 2-bath townhouse style condo is a great place! The 1st floor
features one bedroom with 1-set of twin beds, 1-full bath, a fully
equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area with a double hide-a-bed,
plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a
small reading nook, a loft master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full
bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This vacation
property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is a
private and gated resort residential community located directly adjacent
to the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest offering comfortable condos.
The community offers guests access to recreational facilities including an
indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, squash
court, tennis court, and children's play area, and is less than 20 miles
from the Mt. Baker ski area.
