3-bedroom 1 1/2-bath home is perched on the hillside...head &
shoulders above the rest! The 2nd level features an open living dining
area with a gas fireplace, a double hide-a-bed, and access to a great deck
with an outdoor gas grill and beautiful views! Other features include a
fully equipped kitchen, a cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and a 1/2-bath.
The private hot tub is right outside the back door! Step down to the 1st
level, and you'll discover the master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and
sliding doors to an outdoor patio, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized
bed, a third bedroom with 1-set of bunk beds, and 1-full bath. This
vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is a
prestigious and gated resort residential community offering cabins and
houses with an extra touch of individuality. This community offers guests
access to recreational facilities including in summer an outdoor swimming
pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, children's
play area, and children's fishing pond (12/yrs & under).
