Snowline
is a prestigious and gated resort residential community offering cabins
and houses with an extra touch of individuality. This community offers
guests access to recreational facilities including in summer an outdoor
swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle-ball courts,
children's play area, and children's fishing pond (12/yrs & under).
This 2-story 2+ bedroom 3/4-bath log home directly across from the summer
recreation area in the Snowline community says
"cabin-in-the-mountains!". The 1st floor includes an open
country kitchen and living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace,
a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area. The 2nd floor includes one large
bedroom with 2-queen sized beds and a walk out balcony. A second divided
sleeping area includes 1-set of 3/4-sized bunk beds on each side of the
divider...great for kids! This vacation property will sleep up to
8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

guests enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock
climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing, (lake and river) white-water
rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, small game hunting, and
