Description

Adorable turn-of-the-century bungalow is located in a choice location in the little town of Bellevue, which is one of the five communities that make up the famous Crowsnest Pass in Alberta. An awesome view of Turtle Mountain and the Frank Slide can be enjoyed from the charming front veranda. A massive rock outcrop ridge borders the back of the huge property. Historic tours of the Frank Slide and the Bellevue Mines are within walking distance and other world famous attractions such as Waterton National Park, Glacier National Park, and Head Smashed-in Buffalo Jump are within an hour drive. There are plenty of great local dining, shopping, and entertainment options in Bellevue and other nearby Crowsnest Pass communities. Sports enthusiasts will love the deep powder downhill skiing at the Fernie Ski Resort in BC (45 min) and at the Castle Mountain Ski Resort in Alberta (35 min) as well as at the local Pass Powderkeg Ski Hill in Blairmore (5 min). Other local spots include golf (5 min), world-class fishing, and snowmobiling in one of Canada top sledding areas, as well as great hiking, biking and spelunking adventures.
The Little House includes 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in the main BR and a set of
bunk beds (that convert to separate twins) in each of the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with all your cooking, serving and dining essentials, the vintage dining room suite accommodates six diners comfortably and the living room includes two comfy sofa chairs and a large leather couch. Two satellite TV's, VCR/DVD, and telephones are also included. A gas BBQ,
fire pit, large picnic table, outdoor chairs, and cool horse swings, and lawn games are available for outside entertainment. Bicycles, cribs, and other baby equipment can also be provided upon request.
