- Families only. This is an
extremely quiet neighborhood and there is to be no noise
after 11:00 PM.
- No tents are allowed on
the property or in the neighborhood, and RV's are not permitted
to park on the street.
- It is the renter’s
responsibility to ensure the house is clean at the end of
the rental period.
- Children are to be supervised
at all times.
- Security deposit: $500.00
