appreciate the trust associated with renting each cabin and subsequently
utilize a number of safeguards to protect your investment. Renters must
sign an application form that includes credit and employment information
and are also required to sign a rental agreement accepting responsibility
for damages. Renters are also required to adhere to individual household
rules ie. your position on occupancy, smoking, and pets and are obligated
to leave your property clean and undamaged. Providing you peace of mind

covers all the costs of marketing your cottage, including advertising,
long distance calls, mail and courier charges saving you considerable time
and effort.
WHAT GREAT WEST CABINS DOES
FOR YOU:

We will create a personalized web page for your cabin on
our website that will detail your property, its amenities and nearby
locations of interest. We will also help you create an individual
property and inventory profile including house rules for your cabin.
(This would include specific protocols such as opening/closing the
cabin, disposal of garbage/fireplace ashes, water/septic considerations
etc) We will then post your cabin on the Internet as well as other local
information and, if applicable, links to neighboring attractions, boat
rentals/marinas, and restaurants, etc.

Handle all telephone, email, fax, internet, and snail mail
inquiries so that you are not endlessly explaining to consumers where
your cabin is and its features.

Process contract and rental agreements including
collection of rental fees, including credit card (VISA) transactions, security deposits and disbursements of
same provided there is no claim. Remittance of security/damage deposits
to cabin owner if required.

Automatic inclusion of our referral incentive program.
This program provides for a commission free week each time you refer
another cabin owner to Great West Cabins that subsequently lists their

There are no registration costs associated with Great West
Cabins. We do, however, charge a service commission when your cabin is
