After you've settled into your home, our guest services representative will call you and provide a complete orientation regarding Central Florida. Our Guest Services company offers the added benefit of selling discount attraction tickets - allowing your family to avoid waiting in long lines at attraction ticket booths, these are available at our Orlando office for your convenience.
All of our vacation villas are block-built on generous sized plots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and cutlery.
The exterior of your home is enhanced by a professionally manicured lawn, and a superb swimming pool. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. (To meet the needs of budget-conscious clients, we offer a limited number of villas without a pool at reduced cost).
In the living room you will find a color television and a credit card telephone.
The homes are licensed by the State of Florida in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Hotels, and are inspected by them 4 times per year. Our agents in Orlando are also members of Haines City Chamber of Commerce, members of the Orlando Visitors and Convention Bureau and The Central Florida Property Managers Association.
